Dave grew up in Springfield, Virginia as well as Brussels, Belgium. Upon his high school graduation, he was promptly accepted at James Madison University and spent the next few years converting from Euro Brat to mountain man in the Shenandoah Valley. After forays into D.C. politics, local Virginia government and the daunting financial landscape of Durham, North Carolina, Dave now finds himself in Tampa. By day he works for a local TV station, by night he is a masked pub crawler and blogger.
